Abstract: 萜内酯是银杏叶提取物(GBE)最具药理活性的成分.该研究共收集全国13个种源、雄性和雌性品种148个,采用随机区组设计(RBE),HPLC法测定萜内酯含量.分析结果表明,银杏苦内酯A(Ga)、白果内酯(Bb)、Gb与萜内酯总量(Te)偏相关系数最大.Gb与Bb、Ga间呈极度负相关.种源间Te与银杏苦内酯C(Gc)和Gc与Bb间相关最密切;雄株间Te和Gc,Gc和银杏苦内酯J(Gj)相关系数最大;但雌株间Te和Ga,Gc和Bb相关程度较高.R型(性状)聚类表明,6种萜内酯组分可以分成3类.Q型聚类表明,全国和山东的种源、雄性和雌性群体均可以分成高、中、低萜内酯3大类.多成分联合筛选出7个高萜内酯品种,Te总量0.31%~0.42%,Gb含量0.01%~0.07%.该文对GBE产业化及良好化有重要意义.
