Abstract: 五苓胶囊由泽泻、茯苓、猪苓、肉桂、白术(炒)五味药材制成;具有温阳化气,利湿行水的功效;适用于阳不化气、水湿内停所致的水肿,症见小便不利,水肿腹胀,呕逆泄泻,渴不思饮等[1].现行标准[含量测定]项以桂皮醛为指标控制肉桂投料,样品经乙醇超声提取,采用气相色谱法测定峰高值,按外标两点法计算含量.在按上述方法对五苓胶囊进行检验时,笔者发现了一些问题,在此提出商榷.
