Abstract: 本文采用覆盖剂法制备了WE43稀土镁合金,并对其进行了热处理.采用SEM、EPMA和XRD研究铸态、T4和T6态显微组织演变和力学性能变化.结果表明,铸态合金主要由Mg24Y5,Mg12Nd,Mg17La2,Mg17Ce2相组成,经T6热处理后,合金的第二相均匀弥散分布,组织明显得到改善,合金的力学性能得到提高,断口具有准解理和韧性断裂混合特征,其中延伸率室温达到5.57%,在250℃下,可达到13.5%,塑性成形能力好,易于支架材料的生产加工,而且弹性模量约42.6 GPa,接近人体骨的模量,满足支架材料的生物力学相容性.因此WE43合金的T6态可成为生物可降解支架基体材料.
