Abstract: 滨南油田属于低孔低渗的复杂断块油田,岩石中存在高岭石、伊利石等粘土矿物,在开采过程中储层遇水易发生粘土膨胀,堵塞地层,造成渗透率下降,注水压力升高,注水困难的严峻局面.针对低渗透油藏的开采现状及问题,将兼具防膨性能及驱油性能的表面活性剂(LY剂)引入本文,对该剂进行了性能研究.LY剂可使油水界面张力降至10-3 mN/m;防膨率为26.67%;腐蚀速率为2.5 g/(m2·h),小于石油行业规定标准值6 g/(m2·h);对于不同渗透率的岩心,注表面活性剂后平均压降为28%,平均驱油效率为8.62%.LY剂可提高驱油效率,同时抑制粘土颗粒的水化膨胀及分散运移,达到降压增注的目的.结合滨南低渗透区块储层物性、敏感性及表面活性剂具有的特性,分析了该表面活性剂驱技术在滨南低渗透区块应用的可行性.
