Abstract:  With the coming of the knowledge era, the society is calling for personnels with comprehensive quality, while the overall quality of personnel training is the key to school educa-tion. The school management plays a crucial role in school edu-cation. In order to meet the current development of the times and the needs of personnels with overall quality, school education has begun to actively manage reforms, aiming at constructing an ideal platform for students' overall development and the cultivation of talents with overall quality.
