Abstract: In order to solve the security issues of data sharing and exchange between heterogeneous networks , the paper designs a "switching center +front-end"solution, and develops the management system .Application of research results in Shunde district gov-ernment geographic information platform solves basic geographic information and thematic geographic information sharing and exchange between different network environment and departments of the multiple anti -private networks .
