Abstract: 一、活套汽缸磨损原因 环境恶劣①润滑条件不好,汽缸位置靠近轧制线,平均温度在50~60℃.温度较高,润滑条件较差.汽缸上都处于干摩擦或半干摩擦状态,活套密封在这样的环境下产生高温变形,使密封阻卡在活塞和缸璧之间.这是造成汽缸磨损的主要原因.②上部承受压力大且动作不垂直,使汽缸磨损呈上重下轻趋势.活塞在自身弹力和背压的作用下紧压在缸壁上,正压力越大,润滑油膜形成和保持越困难,机械磨损加剧.在运动过程中,随着活塞下行,正压力逐渐降低,因而汽缸磨损呈上重下轻且不均匀.
