No.11 Coal Floor Water Bursting Analysis in Xinglong Coalmine, Hancheng Mining Area

Abstract:  Based on the results from hydrogeological complementary exploration in the Xinglong coalmine, Hancheng mining area, ana-lyzed Ordovician lithologic combination closely related with No.11 coal seam mining and hydrogeological condition. The result has con-sidered that the Ordovician limestone water in the coalmine has weak water yield property. Lithology between coal floor and Ordovician top is mainly bauxitic mudstone widely distributed with good continuity, thus a good aquifuge. Ordovician Fengfeng Formation first member in the coalmine has stable thickness, continuously distributed, lithologic combination is mainly insoluble marl, argillaceous do-lomite, thus obstructed lower part Shangmajiagou Formation second member aquifer water inflow, can be a protective layer during No.11 coal seam mining. On this basis, has computed and partitioned coalmine water bursting coefficient, and found the area of security zone with water bursting coefficient less than 0.06MPa/m account for 90%of mineable No.11 coal seam area, amount to 39.38 million tons of resources, about 93%of total resources of 42.2807 million tons, thus the greatest part of No.11 coal seam can be mined. At the same time, constructive suggestions of No.11 coal seam mining under safe water pressure of aquifer put forward.
