Abstract:  vigorously promoting the incorrupt cultural construction is the basic project to promote the deepening of anti-corruption work and achieving remarkable results in the new era, and is an effective means of building a clean party. The so-called incorrupt culture is about the sum of the knowledge, beliefs, norms, values, and suitable behavior and social evaluation, reflecting the people’s recognition to the system binding force, disci-pline coercive power, and is the combination between political civilization and spiritual civilization and between politics and culture. To strengthen the incorrupt cultural construction, we should explore and innovate from clearing its direction, broadening its the perspectives and highlighting its fea-tures.
