Abstract: 本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及销环式磨损试验等研究了在2Cr13马氏体不锈钢注聚泵阀材料上激光熔覆Ni合金熔覆层的熔覆处理工艺对涂层组织和耐干滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响.Ni合金熔覆层由γ-Ni,Ni3B,CrB,M7C3和γ-(Ni,Fe)相组成,硬质硼化物、碳化物相的存在提高了涂层硬度,而涂层硬度最大值对应于最佳的激光扫描速度.激光熔覆Ni合金涂层可明显改善2Cr13不锈钢基材在干滑动摩擦磨损条件下的耐磨性能.
