Abstract: 自制了一种反应型端环氧基超支化聚苯醚(EHPPO),将其添加到双酚A型环氧树脂中进行改性并用酸酐固化剂固化,表征了固化样品的热性能、力学性能和介电性能.此外还使用分子主链结构相同、端基为非反应型苄基的超支化聚苯醚(CHPPO)进行了对比改性研究.结果表明,两种不同的改性剂对双酚A型环氧树脂的改性效果各有优势,其中,使用EHPPO改性得到的环氧树脂具有更加优异的热性能和拉伸强度,而由CHPPO改性的环氧树脂介电常数相对更低.
