Abstract:  The railway transportation is the most effective means of land transportation,compared to other modes of transport,the railway transport has obvious advantages:first,low cost;second,large transport capacity,third,cycling loading;the fourth speed and other advantages.However,it is due to the transport capacity,speed and other advantages,leading to problems of railway safety is proposed,related to people's life and property safety.LKJ base line data chenk system by monitoring of the railway system in all directions without dead angle,in the aspect of information processing,information feedback,to achieve a comprehensive,accurate,through the analysis of the structure and function of LKJ base line data check system,the key technical features of the system are summarized,providing certain opinions in order to ensure the normal use of LKJ.
