Abstract:  With the deepening of reform and opening up and development,China’s construction industry has been rapid development,building the total pressure increased,at the same time for the construction management level also put forward higher requirements,construction enterprises between the increasingly fierce competition in. Management method of the project is to achieve a fundamental of smooth construction of the project,is an important method to strengthen the construction of enterprise’s survival and development,method of the project management is directly related to the safety of people’s life and property,but also directly reflects the level of an enterprise.Project management throughout the project always,to the very important role for the project quality and safety.In new period,under the new situation,the intelligent management form appears to be conducive to strengthening the construction management,improve the management level of construction enterprise.In this paper,a brief introduction and analysis of the characteristics and mode of construction project management in China and the demand of intelligent building project management,introduces the application of intelligent management method in the management of the construction project in the new period.
