Abstract: “Chinese dream”is our nation′s dream. After earnestly study and comprehending the“Chinese dream”put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,this paper illustrates how to change the “Chinese dream”into motive force in water conservancy work in Yancheng,combined with actual facts.And try to realize the dreams of safe water,security of water resources,water environment,water ecosystem and water culture,to enhance the“Chinese dream”,and let an overall prosperous,harmonious society between human and water come true.
