Experiences on 231 cases of anaesthesia in clavicle operation

Abstract: Objective To summarize the experiences on 231 cases of anaesthesia in clavicle operation.Methods Selected 231 cases of clavicle operation suffered in our hospital.According to different fracture sites,selected different methods of nerve block anesthesia and observed the anesthetic effect and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate reached up to 100％,with 98.1％ and 97.1％ respectively in two groups.The complication rate was lower with high safety coefficient.Conclusion Carrying out different methods of nerve block anesthesia based on different fracture sites is a simple,safe and effective way for anaesthesia.It is worth for promotion in clinic.
