Abstract: Business oral English is a complex and social course. In order to develop students' ability of actual operation in Eng-lish, the in-class practical training has become the essential and efficient step during the teaching process. From the view of expe-riential learning, this paper advocates the principle of learning by doing, puts forwards the audio-visual teaching mode, and pro-poses to carry out English extracurricular activities so that stu-dents will adapt to market demand and become technical talents consequently.
