Abstract: 高质量分数水煤浆的制备是水煤浆加压气化工艺的基础,而水煤浆的制备条件受原料煤的性质影响较大.文中探索了重庆万盛油坊煤矿煤源制备高质量分数水煤浆的工艺条件,首先通过煤的工业分析和元素分析明确重庆煤质特点.在此基础上,考察了不同添加剂种类、添加剂质量、pH值对煤粉成浆性能的影响.结果表明该煤源的成浆性能较好,使用3种添加剂的最大成浆质量分数都可达到72%,均满足于德士古加压气化工艺中水煤浆质量分数方面的需求.3种添加剂比较,萘系添加剂A与重庆煤的匹配性最好,成浆质量分数最高,流动性最好,但稳定性介于添加剂B,C之间,其最佳添加质量分数为0.35%.使用萘系添加剂A该煤源的最佳成浆pH值为8-9,最佳粒度级配为100-200目与大于200目的煤粉质量比值控制在1∶3.
