Study on cellulosic filter aid for high viscosity filtrate

Abstract: 为解决高黏度胶状物过滤分离这一难题,采用添加纤维素助滤剂进行加压助过滤得到净化的浆液.重点对纤维素助滤剂结构特性、比阻、可压缩性、过滤精度、效率等进行了实测;由于助过滤的影响因素多,研究在实验室正交模拟试验基础上进行了小型工业正交试验.结果表明:纤维素形成的滤饼可压缩性系数n为0.596 2,属于中等可压缩物料;正交试验优选预敷方案为预敷纤维素量40 kg,浆液预敷速度为600 kg/h,纤维素纤维长径比为100;预敷时间缩短,过滤精度满足生产工艺要求,处理量提高.所得结果可用于指导实际过程.
