Abstract:  A literature review is made about the connotation and correlation of learning society and community sports,and in the light of the status quo of community sports in Changzhou City,it is proposed to strengthen publicity and education,to improve people′s understanding of community sports;to expand public service of community sport,to realize the popularization of community sports;to enlarge the service popula-tion of sports facilities,to meet the basic fitness requirements of residents;to develop social sports instruc-tors,to form a long-term service mechanism;to expand the financing channel,to accelerate the development of the community sports;and to rely on schools as community sports center,etc.
