Abstract: Firstly, the paper briefly describes the history caused by corruption, factors and the serious consequences, and then minutely introduces the management scheme of integrity risk published by the committee of Guangxi agricultural&culti-vation state-owned Shatang farm. Finally the article draws the conclusion that the institutionalization of ideological and political work construction is the most effective weapons for anti-corruption through the implementation experience and effects from Shatang farm in 2012.
