Abstract: <正>According to the Sixth National Population Census (Sixth Census), in 2010 the number of female working-age population aged 15~64 in China was 490 million, a net increase of 64.693 million compared to 2000 and an increase of 6.635 million more than the number of males. The large female working-age population not only provides sufficient human resource to economic development but also brings about challenges in the development and utilization of the female human resource.
