Abstract: Minority students of vocational colleges in Xinjiang are rather special groups. Due to historical, geographical, social environment and other factors, they have many different characteristics compared with the Han Students. Therefore, in order to greatly enhance the teaching effectiveness, we must conscientiously sum up and take full advantage of these features and carry out individual-ized and corresponding teaching in vocational career guidance.
