Abstract: 目的 探讨心肌缺血再灌注对交界区细胞凋亡的影响及意义.方法 心肌缺血再灌注动物模型建立,采用HE常规及半定量RT-PCR技术,观察家兔心肌缺血/再灌注模型缺血交界区caspase-3mRNA、bcl-2mRNA动态表达与心肌细胞凋亡的内在联系.结果 交界区caspase-3mRNA与心肌细胞凋亡在缺血再灌注损伤4h后开始升高,12h达高峰,二者之间存在着明显的正相关性(r=0.9286,P<0.001).bcl-2mRNA在缺血再灌注损伤12h之前呈现低表达状态,24h时开始显著性升高,一直持续到48 h.而凋亡细胞在12h后开始减少并一直持续到48 h,二者表达之间存在着明显的负相关性(r=-0.9648,P<0.001).结论 caspase-3和bcl-2基因二者之间的平衡失调是导致心肌交界区细胞调亡的重要的原因,它将影响心室的重构.
