Abstract: [目的]比较常规法和微波-超声波提取红芪多糖的差异.[方法]以红芪药材为试材,利用常规法和微波-超声波法提取红芪多糖,通过苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量,比较两种提取方法的差异.[结果]两种提取方法得到的多糖含量差别较大,常规法得多糖含量为4.19%,微波-超声波法得多糖含量为8.98%.微波-超声波法提取红芪多糖有较大的优势:提取时间大大缩短,可避免红芪多糖的分解;所用仪器简单,操作方便.[结论]微波-超声波法提取中药成分的效率高于常规提取法.
