Thermal stability of microstructure of laser shock processed TC11 titanium alloy

Abstract: 利用激光诱导等离子冲击波对TC11钛合金试样进行强化,并对强化后试样在较高的服役温度下进行保温处理,分析讨论强化后材料表面微观组织结构的热稳定性.结果表明,激光冲击处理后,钛合金试样表层形成了较大数值的残余压应力和平均晶粒尺寸为10nm的微观组织,经350℃/10h热处理后,产生残余压应力的一定释放,但纳米组织未发生明显变化,且硬度保持稳定,激光冲击强化钛合金组织和性能具有良好的热稳定性,可在一定服役温度条件下提高钛合金力学性能.
