Abstract: The new medical reform is the view on deepening the reform of the medical and health system announced by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. The new medical re-form under the background of socialist market economic system reform puts forward new requirements and specifications for medical students' etiquette. To implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress and strengthen the education of medical stu-dents' medical ethics, we should pay attention to the cultivation of medical students' etiquette moral quality, in order to achieve medical students' harmonious and comprehensive development, improve medical students' occupation identity, and promote the doctor-patient relationship and social health and harmonious de-velopment.
