Abstract: 采用单凝聚法制备白藜芦醇微囊,以包封率、收率、载药量为考察指标,采用正交实验,对制备过程中的明胶质量分数、pH值、搅拌温度、材药质量比等因素进行了考察,得到最佳制备工艺.利用数码显微镜和红外光谱法对微囊形态进行了观察和验证,对其体外释放度进行了研究.最佳工艺条件:明胶质量分数4%,pH3.9,搅拌温度60℃,材药质量比4∶1.在最佳工艺条件下,白藜芦醇微囊的包封率、收率、载药量分别为96.80%,49.24%,19.36%,且外观圆整,粒径分布均匀,缓释效果较好.
