Abstract: 采用有限元数值模拟,分析铜扁线连续挤压成形中不同模腔通道长度下温度场分布规律;通过对工程试验的样品进行分析,得到了不同模腔通道长度下产品的微观组织和力学性能.结果表明,随着模腔通道长度的增加,腔体内坯料的温度逐渐升高,晶体的回复再结晶程度逐渐增大,晶粒随之长大;抗拉强度和硬度均随模腔通道长度的增加而降低;延伸率虽然也有所降低,但降低程度有限.
