Abstract: By reasonable simplifying and mechanism analysis,this paper simplifies the unit to four parts including the steam generator,separator,superheater and steam turbine,which have been established lumped-parameter model using mechanism method,experiment method,and the integrated method,based on specific features of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler in Taizhou power plant.According to the object structure,the heat transfer and flow conditions of refrigerant,the links to the overall simulation model have been found,and the effect of the boiler main adjustment variables which include water flow,burning rate and the opening of turbine valve,to dynamic characteristic of the unit have been studies.Simulation results show that the mathematical model is reasonable and effective.So the establishment of this model makes good foundation for the system engineering analysis of ultra-supercritical once-through boiler and the development of large-scale power plant simulator.
