Abstract: 利用Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机研究了不同等温时间对16Mn和15Mn VN钢γ→α相变的影响,分析了微合金元素V对γ→α相变的影响规律.结果表明:微合金元素的氮化物VN缩短了碳锰钢γ→α相变孕育期,加速了碳锰钢γ→α相变铁素体的形核过程.
