Abstract: 化学链燃烧是一种能够实现CO2内分离的新型的燃烧方式。基于单流化床和串行流化床反应器,研究了铁矿石为载氧体的无烟煤化学链燃烧特性。考察了常规煤气化和化学链燃烧条件下的无烟煤转化特性,并基于串行流化床揭示了温度对无烟煤化学链燃烧特性的影响规律。结果表明:载氧体的存在显著加速了煤气化反应的进行。燃料反应器出口CO2体积分数在950℃将近90%,铁矿石对煤气化产物有较高的反应性能。燃料反应器出口未检测到C2-C4碳氢化合物,铁矿石作为一种合适的潜在的载氧体可应用于煤化学链燃烧过程。
