Study on effects of temperature on microstructure and property of joint of AZ91D magnesium alloy with Mg-based metallic glass welding

Abstract: 通过铜模浇注法制备Mg65Cu22Ni3Y5Nd5镁基块状非晶合金.在井式电阻炉中,采用氮气保护的方式研究镁基非晶合金分别在500,520,540,560 ℃下与AZ91D镁合金连接后接头的组织及性能.试验结果表明:随着焊接温度的升高,焊缝宽度逐渐减小,焊缝形状始终呈弯曲状;焊缝组织由块状逐渐转变为短棒状、针状到最后的网状组织;在焊接温度为560 ℃时,接头的强度最高.
