Abstract: <正> 活性炭因为可吸附众多的药物、毒物,故作为急性中毒时消化道吸收阻滞剂而获得较高评价。自从报道口服活性炭可增大静脉内药物清除率以来,最近,正试验用以清除已经吸收到循环血中的药物。血中以磺胺制剂为主的多种药物,被证明可以向消化道外逸,其外逸的程度,一般认为受药物结合蛋白,肠管壁内血流速度以及膜通透性等因素的影响。著者用大白鼠做肠管反流实验,对可引起中毒的药物茶硷、苯巴比妥、苯妥英钠静注后逸向消化道的性质进行了探讨,证明静注各药10mg/kg 后,血中药物明显通过肠道粘膜外逸。反流开始后2小时,药物
