Abstract: <正>中国科学院微生物研究所选育的UV-11新菌种,是目前我国酿酒工业所使用的黑曲霉中一株优良菌种,其主要特点为酶系纯、糖。去年九月中轻部在烟台举办了UV-11新菌种培训班,我厂派人参加了这次培训,回厂后,立即组织力量,将UV-11新菌种应用于我厂白酒固体通风曲的生产。现将我厂应用UV-11新苗种,在液态白酒固体通风曲生产上的一些初步体会汇述如下:
