Abstract: 通过对汽车车轮用钢钢板的钛微合金化试验和生产实践,分析了钛元素对汽车车轮用钢钢板力学性能的影响,对钛微合金化工艺及存在问题进行分析。实验结果表明:钛微合金化不仅可以细化晶粒,同时可与钢中硫结合成Ti4C2S2夹杂物并改变钢中夹杂物形态,提高钢板延伸凸缘性,当钢中Ti/S比为2~3时,延伸凸缘性能获得明显改善;添加0.05%~0.12%钛即可满足汽车轮钢的力学性能要求。
