Abstract: 筛选的以烃类为碳源的菌种U1-6、FN、LD、Bs等9株菌经过了室内生化特性、产生活性物质乳化原油的能力,物理模拟等详细的评价.原油在菌种作用后轻质组分增加,原油的族组成发生了变化,粘度下降,有机酸的含量增加,界面张力下降,岩心物理模型驱油实验在天然岩心、长管填充油砂、胶结模型三种类型中证明微生物驱比水驱提高采收率10%左右.并有较好的重复性,微观模型实验可以直接地观察微生物对原油的乳化与使残余油移动的情况.
