Abstract:
为解决国产某轿车在研发过程中出现的在低挡、低速及急加速时整车出现的横向摆振问题,文章利用故障树分析(FTA)工具,通过试验分析和综合评价,确认导致汽车出现横向摆振的主要因素是驱动轴的使用角度过大.经过3种优化方案验证:驱动轴的使用角度超过9°会导致整车出现严重的横向摆振现象,在7.5°左右时会导致整车出现轻微的横向摆撂现象,小于5°时整车不会出现横向摆撂现象.
