Abstract: <正> 在齿轮制造过程中进行热处理是提高其使用寿命的重要环节。目前多把热处理放在齿形加工之后,因为热处理后齿面变硬,进行机械加工会遇到很多困难。这样做,齿面硬度是提高了,接触强度相应增强,但会导致齿面变形,使齿轮接触精度及平稳性精度下降,噪音和振动增大,两下相抵,使热处理的实际效益被大大减弱了。为了既保持热处理的优点,又使精度符合设计要求,采取了热处理后磨齿的方案,但成本太高,生产周期太长,而且将硬化层磨掉也
