Abstract: 果冻等成份较简单的食品,对于其中化学合成色素的提取,作者采用较简单的85%乙醇提取浓缩的方法,所得提取液用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)定性定量。层析柱为 C18反相键合柱,流动相为0.01M 磷酸氢二铵,甲醇混合液,甲醇浓度为25—87%线性梯度洗脱15分钟。定量采用以苯甲酸为内标物的内标法。应用上述方法,对果冻食品中几种合成色素的定量,能取得相当满意的结果.
