Abstract: Objective:To study on relation between Chl amydia trachomatis and genitourinary infection.Methods:To examin IgM in serum of 130 patients with genitourinary in fection by ELISA.Results:The total positive rate is 30.00% in 130 samples,in which th e males are 25.56%,the females are 40.00%.Conclusions:Chlamydia trachomatis is major pathogenic bacteria i n infection of genitourinary,should be detected and treated.
