Abstract: <正> 京都大学化学研究所的藤田荣一教授和长尾善光助手,研制成功了癌放射疗法的新增敏剂。放射疗法是用放射线破坏癌细胞的DNA,可是当细胞癌变,在乏氧状态下不能提高疗效,为此有必要补给氧气并给予提高放射线感受性的增敏剂。现在使用的misonidazol,不安定,容易放出硝基,且使神经麻痹,毒性也大。
