Abstract: The deformation--the common problem occured for long time in the makingof thin-walled aluminium-alloy frame is studied based on Japanese advanced techni-que of frame-making and the practise in our factory. Several methods to decreaseand overcome it and some parameters for practical use are shown. To designers oftechnique and workers, they are available for reference.
