Abstract: 通过有限体积法对高速圆柱渐开线直齿轮周围气体区域进行结构网格离散,建立箱体内的计算流体动力学(CFD)模型,采用CFD技术进行计算仿真,进而提出圆柱齿轮的风阻功率损失计算方法。并对比了不同参数条件下的CFD模型分析结果,结果表明,模数对齿轮风阻功率损失影响最大,风阻功率损失伴随模数的增大而增加;设置外缘挡板和端面挡板可有效的减小风阻功率损失,外缘挡板间隙与齿面风阻功率损失呈非正比关系,端面挡板间隙与齿面风阻功率损失呈正比关系;齿顶修形可有效减小齿槽区域涡流尺度及数目,有利于减小齿轮风阻功率损失。
