Abstract: In this paper some analyses are made on improving the transmission speed of the operation signal andreply signal in a welding robot. Several methods of forming the reply signal are presented. And the prob- lems how to detect and eliminate the workpieces coherence with the welding clamp are discussed. Someprobing discussions are also given to the improvement of the systems ability against disturbances.
