<正> 人才管理包括人才的发现和识别、人才的吸引、人才的使用和激励、人才的培养等环节,其中人才的识别既是一个关键,又是一个难点。 人才识别可以采用考试、模拟演习、心理测试、历史业绩考察等多种方法和手段,在工作实践中将目标管理与人才识别结合起来,也是一个值得尝试的方法。经某些企业试验,这种方法对于管理人才的识别相当有效。
