Abstract: 为了避免桥臂直通带来的危害,必须在PWM驱动脉冲中加入死区时间.在电压型逆变器低频和轻载运行时,死区效应将导致输出电压和电流的畸变.针对三电平逆变器,根据伏秒等效原理和输出电流极性,提出一种新型的死区补偿策略,既补偿了死区时间、功率器件的开通和关断延时,又考虑了管压降带来的死区效应.基于DSP与CPLD,构建三电平逆变器硬件平台,在一台30kW三相异步电机上完成了相关实验,并通过李萨如图对输出电流波形进行分析.实验结果验证了该方法可以有效的改善输出电流波形,并补偿了由死区效应所造成的输出电压损失,提高了系统低频运行的性能.
