Abstract:
原子力显微镜自发明以来经历了由静态模式到动态模式的转变,又从单一频率激励模式发展到多频激励模式并发展出新的高次谐波成像方法.在这个过程中,其应用范围得到明显的拓展;图像的空间分辨率得到有效的提高;成像的功能也变得更加多样化、更加全面.本文基于原子力显微镜的发展历程,阐述了不同阶段的原子力显微镜在技术上几次重要的革新;讨论分析了多频激励原子力显微镜和高次谐波成像技术;以及对其未来发展的方向进行了展望.
