Abstract: 非蒸散型吸气剂是以体吸气作用为主的吸气材料,它避免了蒸散型吸气剂蒸发时污染器件,升华时温度高且不易控制等缺点.近期的研究表明,锆铝吸气剂与其它抽气手段配合可以获得超高真空.真空系统中常用的锆铝吸气剂是双面涂复的带状材,一般选用康铜或镍作压结带的带基.国外产品多数采用康铜作带基,国产吸气剂带仅用镍作带基。实验中选用国产锆铝吸气剂材料.对它的特性作了一般性介绍,着重对锆铝吸气剂的超高真空和极高真空性能进行了研究.给出了所使用的真空系统示意图和实验得出的抽气曲线,以及各种情况下的质谱图.对实验结果作了详尽地分析.
