Abstract: <正> 泡泡油糕亦称“炸糕”,是山西省芮城县特有的风味小吃。它的表面有一层高约10余毫米的气泡,属油糕中的上品。远视呈蘑菇状,如晚霞放彩;近看如绽丝叶絮,似金菊斗艳,白中微黄,晶莹透亮。食之,又酥又脆,香甜可口。到芮城的中外游客品尝后均赞不绝口,被誉为山西食品花丛中的一朵奇葩。
