Abstract: 提出了合成(+)-4-(2-甲基丁基)-4′氰基联苯(CB15)的新方法。从丁醇、对氯苯胺、苯、左旋戊醇、三苯基膦、三溴化磷、1,3-二氯丙烷、金属锂、氯化镍等原料出发,合成了所需的中间体及膦镍催化剂,并应用此法进行了光活性戊基与联苯环的偶联反应,继而合成了CB15。总产率为18%。由于反应条件简单,步骤较少,原料立足国内,因此适合于工业化生产。还对影响反应的各种因素作了讨论,并提出了膦镍络合物催化对氯联苯与格氏试剂偶联可能的过程。
